April 15th The Cappy Hill and Tesco Hill  Challenge. – Group run to the Drum and Monkey pub. Challenge starts here – Run to top of Cappy. then onward to the bottom of the Tesco Express Hill . Return to start point at Drum and Monkey – Daves group to do this twice – Andys group 3 times. Group run back to Leisure Centre
April 22nd Long non stop run with fast sections followed by recovery sections – to include gathering up
April 29th Hill Sprints
May 6th  off road run 5/7 miles
May 13th  Park training on grass
May 20th  Big Hills  minimum of 6 hills with gathering up
May 27th Speed work over short distances – the short sharp shock
June 3rd Long run to Hartshorne to encompass both on and off road
June 10th off road – avoid the nettles run
June 17th  Hill Sprints
June 24th Repeat the Cappy Hill /Tesco challenge from earlier in the programme
July 1st Park training on grass
July 8th Long run to Linton and back
July 15th Albert Village and Lake run
July 22 Run to Water Tower and return via Manchester Lane
July 29th Short Speed work in Town Centre or Nadins
