PBs fly thick and fast!
Must be the warmer weather and the drying out of the course or more likely good competition that led to 4 Parkrun PBs SDRR runners in Saturday’s run at Conkers. The competition was particularly fierce at the front end of the the race with Jack Leafe (19.20), Andy Orme (19.24) and Shane Chapman (19.25) all setting PBs as they finished in 7th, 8th & 9th places respectively. There were also top 30 finishes for Gareth Cantrill (20.25) and, making a welcome return to running action, Steve Leafe (20.43). Inge Moore also set a PB of 26.31 as she lead home Mark Skidmore (28.37), Carolyn Ife (31.54) and Cath Johnson (33.08)
