There are four groups on our Wednesday evening sessions
The Social Group: For new or experienced runners who just want to go for a jog and a chat along the way over a distance of 3-4 miles depending on the ability of runners that attend each week.
The Intermediate Group: For runners who want to add some structure to their training and can complete 4-5.5 miles in an hour.
The Upper Group: For runners who want to add some structure to their training and can complete 5.5-7 miles in an hour.
The Advanced Group: For more experienced runners who want a structured training program and can complete 7 or more miles in an hour.
