\t\t\t\tInformation to all Runners competing in the LRRL;<\/p>\n

  1. You must be registered as a competing Runner<\/li>\n
  2. Wear a Club Vest<\/li>\n
  3. Arrive a the venue and find the SDRR desk<\/li>\n
  4. Team Manager(s) will be Andy Hawtin and Christina Cooper<\/li>\n
  5. You will be given a number and a timing chip<\/li>\n
  6. Keep your number for all LRRL races<\/li>\n
  7. Return your chip to the SDRR desk after your race<\/li>\n
  8. If you lose your chip the league will charge \u00a310<\/li>\n
  9. Start time for all races, unless advised otherwise is 10.30 am<\/li>\n
  10. Winter League races are all ‘closed’ races. Open only to members of participating clubs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
