  1. Apologies<\/strong>:- non required.<\/li>\n
  2. Minutes<\/strong> of last meeting [15th<\/sup> April] \u2013 approved.<\/li>\n
  3. Run In The Forest 2015<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Donation to Conkers approved.<\/li>\n
    • We will organise the race again \u2013 date needed soon so we can secure the venue early.<\/li>\n
    • We do not wish to clash with other races \u2013 we to try for 10th<\/sup> April 2016 in first instance \u2013 2 weeks before London Marathon 2016. We can provisionally book 10th<\/sup> or 17th<\/sup> April [Easter is early] & see which Conkers prefer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Prediction Runs.<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • First to be on Wednesday 8th<\/sup> July \u2013 4.4miles \u2013 Andy & Christina to organise. Will be based at the lake so a new route for the prediction race. Secretary will do a marshal point at the lake.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Presentation Evening 2016<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Venue agreed as Conkers<\/li>\n
            • When \u2013 16th<\/sup> January suggested [a Saturday]<\/li>\n
            • Same format as in 2015<\/li>\n
            • Subsidised as in 2015<\/li>\n
            • Mr Lunn will sponsor again<\/li>\n
            • Members pay only for food element.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                • Washlands Relays \u2013 we have lots of interest this time<\/li>\n
                • Gavin Horton has rejoined the club \u2013 but with specific rules laid out that he must adhere to. Details on application as appropriate.<\/li>\n
                • Club Night \u201cRun Leaders\u201d \u2013 we will ask Tim & Becki if they would like to go on the next local course.<\/li>\n
                • Adrian will be asked to attend the next \u201cRisk Assessment\u201d course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
