[Saturday 16th January 2016]<br \/>\n\u2022 \u201cAll\u201d going well \u2013 around 80 attendees booked so far.<br \/>\n\u2022 Trophies done &amp; bill paid.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vouchers done.<br \/>\n\u2022 Certificates under preparation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Raffle \u2013 Yes \u2013 Malcolm to organise.<br \/>\n\u2022 Slide Show \u2013 of SDRR activities during\/ Highlights of 2015 season \u2013 Christina to organise.<br \/>\n\u2022 Advice will be given to attendees to order Taxis for around 11.30pm if they need them.<br \/>\n\u2022 Attendees will be advised to arrive near to 7.30pm as Presentation of awards starts at 8:00pm prompt.<br \/>\n4. \u201cRun In The Forest\u201d[Sunday 17th April 2016]<br \/>\n\u2022 All going well.<br \/>\n\u2022 Medical providers changed to St John`s from Red Cross<br \/>\n\u2022 All \u201coutside\u201d agencies organised \u2013 only SDRR internals to tie up now.<br \/>\n\u2022 No Entries yet to date.<br \/>\n\u2022 Water &amp; Bananas to be available at finish, but no \u201cgoodie bags\u201d this time.<br \/>\n5. Standard Times.<br \/>\n\u2022 To consider for next year. A request from Adrian [ The standard times coordinator] \u2013 Gilt standards in addition to Gold, Silver and Bronze.<br \/>\n\u2022 SDRR club performance records. Adrian will take this task on. They will start from 1st January 2015 &#8211; not backdated for previous years of the clubs history. Over standard road running distances as are \u201cStandard Times\u201d.<br \/>\n6. Club Championship<br \/>\n\u2022 Request put in for putting a Cross Country race into the series of Club Championship races. Discussion resulted in a positive move to do such. For the 2016 season it was decided to add one cross country event &amp; remove the \u201cShepshed 7\u201d road race from the standard list of races currently run.<br \/>\n7. SDRR AGM.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wednesday 24th February will be the date set &amp; Swadlincote Town Hall the venue as last year. Start time 8.30pm. Roger to organise Flyer &amp; get it over to Chris Mason to put on Club Website by 24th January. Any new Nominations for Club Committee Posts will be requested as per usual.<br \/>\n\u2022 New membership forms for 2016 season \u2013 we cannot issue these until the Fees are approved at the AGM.
