{"id":2871,"date":"2016-04-15T16:14:29","date_gmt":"2016-04-15T16:14:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sdrr.co.uk\/?p=2871"},"modified":"2016-04-15T16:14:29","modified_gmt":"2016-04-15T16:14:29","slug":"minutes-of-meeting-held-on-13th-april-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sdrr.co.uk\/?p=2871","title":{"rendered":"MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 13TH APRIL 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<strong><u><strong>Present:-<\/strong><\/u><\/strong> I Moore; M Moore; A Hawtin; R Barraclough; K Knight; A Middleton [guest].<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Apologies<\/strong>:- non required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minutes of previous meeting<\/strong>:- [9<sup>th<\/sup> March] \u2013 approved<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prediction Runs for 2016 Season<\/strong>:-<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>All in Agreement for doing the prediction races in 2016<\/li>\n<li>Kelly will do the route for 6<sup>th<\/sup> July run<\/li>\n<li>Malcolm will do the route for the 10th August run<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Run in The Forest 5 Mile Race plus Fun Run<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<ul>\n<li>165 entries to date. On line entries close midnight Friday 15<sup>th<\/sup> April. Postal entries are closed already. \u201cOn the day\u201d entries still to come in to increase the numbers of competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Some \u201cFun Run\u201d entries already in.<\/li>\n<li>Andy will ask Phil from \u201cRunning Form\u201d as to whether he will wish to \u00a0come with his Stall to sell running items.<\/li>\n<li>We will hand out Bananas, Tracker bars &amp;Fruit Nugget packs at the end of the race.<\/li>\n<li>Kelly will try to obtain bags for these.<\/li>\n<li>We have 300 bottles of water.<\/li>\n<li>Committee to be at Conkers for around 8.00am on Sunday Morning to get things set up before runners arrive. Marshals should be there 8.45-9.00am. Andy will put this marshal turn up time on the Facebook and Inge will ask Chris Mason to put it onto the website.<\/li>\n<li>Prize Giving will be located in the Conkers Amphitheatre \u2013 Malcolm will announce this location &amp; prize handing out time at the start of the race.<\/li>\n<li>Jan Dingley will be the race adjudicator<\/li>\n<li>Inge to see if Graham &amp; Karen Dayman will do the Fun Run\u00a0 timing for us.<\/li>\n<li>On Saturday 16<sup>th<\/sup> April at 4.00pm Malcolm, Adrian &amp; Kelly will be at Conkers to put out the mile markers &amp; other signs etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>AOB.<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adrian wants to get the \u201c<strong>Club Records<\/strong>\u201d charts on the website urgently.\u00a0 Will investigate such with Kelly &amp; Dan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reception Area at Greenbank Leisure centre<\/strong>. The staff stress that we are too noisy whilst assembling for our runs on Wednesday club nights &amp; assemble in a \u201cWrong Area\u201d \u2013 we block the way to the toilets &amp; swimming pool entrance for other Greenbank users.\u00a0 Can we assemble further right into the coffee bar space or even outside in good weather? For further sorting out!<\/li>\n<li>We had a complaint from a member about gathering up when he ran with the social run group some 3-4 weeks ago.\u00a0 Inge will have a word with him to get the full story.<\/li>\n<li>Adrian advised of the \u201d<strong>Whats On\u201d free magazine<\/strong>. Should we investigate getting a feature in this for next year`s edition. Andy will get us a copy of this year`s to inspect.<\/li>\n<li>Adrian also asked about us getting a\u201d<strong>portable Hard Drive\u201d<\/strong> unit for storing club photos etc. For appropriate consideration.<\/li>\n<li>We had received from UK Athletics an \u201c<strong>Up dated welfare<\/strong>\u201d poster. As we do not have a youth section this was noted but just filed for any future reference.
