Moore, Andy Hawtin and Laura Harper<br \/>\n<strong>Apologies:\u00a0<\/strong>Roger Barraclough<br \/>\n<strong>Minutes of previous Meeting:\u00a0<\/strong>Approved<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Run in the Forest 5 plus Fun Run \u2013 15<sup>th<\/sup> April 2018<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Inge Moore gave an update for next year\u2019s race:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run Britain Licence applied for<\/li>\n<li>Leicester Council Permit to use the Donisthorpe Woodlands applied for<\/li>\n<li>Quote from St John Ambulance for Medical Cover applied for<\/li>\n<li>Costs to be obtained for 500\/1000 flyers\/Entry Forms for race to be obtained by Laura Harper<\/li>\n<li>Approach Dan Towns to adjust the results page on Age Category Winners<\/li>\n<li>Andy Hawtin to obtain quote for timing devices to connect to laptops<\/li>\n<li>Provide banana, nutrition bar, drink at finish on table \u2013 not in bag<\/li>\n<li>Race Fee to remain the same as last year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Presentation Night 13th January 2018:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conkers Waterside booked<\/li>\n<li>Club to cover costs for Disco, Hall Hire, all trophies etc. and expenses including subsidising hot buffet meal<\/li>\n<li>Cost for all persons to be \u00a312<\/li>\n<li>Adrian Middleton\/Simon Reynolds to be approached to provide photos\/slide show\/video etc<\/li>\n<li>Malcolm Moore to carry out raffle with prizes donated by club members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Club Training Nights<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Andy Hawtin to work at a structure for the Middle- and Social Run Group to be further discussed at the next meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Club Vests<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some Club Members have provided proposals for a new club vest<\/li>\n<li>Andy Hawtin to obtain a sample of proposed vest to show to club members for opinions<\/li>\n<li>Quotations required for exact costs and Terms and Conditions from new suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Any new kit supplier to be vetted by committee.<\/li>\n<li>Existing club stock to be reduced by substantial amount if change should be agreed.<\/li>\n<li>If approved both current and new style vests would be acceptable to wear at league races and club events.<strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Country<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will require volunteers to transport new club gazebo to events<\/li>\n<li>Need to train some people to carry out race administration on the day<\/li>\n<li>Inge Moore is arranging coffee rota.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Club Championship 2018:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting to be arranged to discuss scoring structure of Club Championship for next season and race calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AOB<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Committee agreed to allow Gavin Horton to rejoin the club subject to signing an agreed set of conditions and payment of all club fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Next Meeting:<\/strong><br \/>\n1<sup>st<\/sup> November 2017 at 8:30pm at the Sir Nigel Gresley<br
