Following other excellent performances recently, particularly in Parkruns, Andy puts his improvement down to acquiring a recent liking for sushi. Showing that he\u2019s starting to recover from the London Marathon, Gary Price also ran well for an 87<sup>th<\/sup> place finish in 62.40. Making their competitive debuts for the Club, Sam &amp; Mark Skidmore gained valuable experience in recording 70.05 and 84.52 respectively.<br \/>\nChris Mason was slightly afield on 16<sup>th<\/sup> June when he took part in the British Masters 5k Championship in Horwich.\u00a0 Over a 3 lap town centre course Chris finished in 19.04, 73<sup>rd<\/sup> place overall &amp; 6<sup>th<\/sup> in his age group in a very competitive race.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Andy\u2019s on the up!
