{"id":949,"date":"2013-09-11T14:33:34","date_gmt":"2013-09-11T14:33:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sdrr.co.uk\/?p=949"},"modified":"2013-09-11T14:33:34","modified_gmt":"2013-09-11T14:33:34","slug":"lichfield-calke-salford-10ks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sdrr.co.uk\/?p=949","title":{"rendered":"Lichfield, Calke &#038; Salford 10ks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tAnother busy day for Club members!<br \/>\nLast Sunday was another day when the yellow vests were prominent in some big 10k races. <!--more-->Lichfield had a large field of 965 runners &amp; Andy Hawtin continued his excellent season long form to finish in 21<sup>st<\/sup> place in the excellent time of 37.53. Running just as well was Christina Cooper who ran a PB of 43.27 and an excellent 101<sup>st<\/sup> place over a course that has its challenges. Rob Lower also returned a best recent performance for the distance of 43.38 &amp; 132<sup>nd<\/sup> place. Putting in a very welcome appearance in Club colours was Marie York who managed to get the better of husband Dave in times of 53.47 &amp; 53.52 respectively. Mark Skidmore continued to gain valuable racing experience with a hard working 66.04 to complete the finishers for the Club.<br \/>\nAndy Orme was very much to the fore at the inaugural Calke Abbey 10k coming 29<sup>th<\/sup> out of 342 finishers in a time of 41.19. Gary Price (98<sup>th<\/sup>) and a currently injury free Malcolm Moore (107<sup>th<\/sup>) were next to finish in times of 48.17 &amp; 49.03 respectively. Chris Morton (192<sup>nd<\/sup>), making a good racing debut in Club colours, was next across the finish line in 54.44 followed by a battling Inge Moore (220<sup>th<\/sup>) in 56.53. Carolyn Ife (260<sup>th<\/sup>), who has improved steadily across the season, completed the finishers in 60.27.<br \/>\nLouise Insley travelled slightly further afield to compete in the Salford 10k and again displayed her current level of consistently high performance to stop the clock at 38.22. In a top class field Louise\u2019s performance was good enough to secure the 1<sup>st<\/sup> WV40 prize and 5<sup>th<\/sup> place overall in the women\u2019s race.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another busy day for Club members!
