Monday Nights

Our Monday groups are for new or experienced runners who just want to go for a jog and a chat along the way. There are no structured training elements (as that would get in the way of chatting!).

There will be two groups with one set at 4 – 5 miles in length, the other 6 – 7 miles, both of which will be lead by a qualified run leader who will shorten or extend the routes appropriately depending on those who attend each week.
