SDRR are pleased to announce we will be starting our junior running section in January 2025.

These sessions will be run by qualified UK Athletics coaches who hold valid DBS certificates. Sessions will be run locally on Tuesday evenings initially from 6:30-7:30pm for 12-17 year olds.
The main focus will be on aerobic endurance for long term athlete development whilst also working to improve speed, running form, and economy.
