Our annual Run in the Forest race will be held on 11th April 2027 at Conkers Waterside Centre, Rawdon Road (B586), Moira, DE12 6GA.

Held over a 5 mile course almost entirely off road and taking in some of the fine scenery the National Forest has to offer. The surface comprises hard packed trails and canal tow paths with some sections of tarmac.
While the event is part of the Burton & District Summer League it is very much an open race with anyone aged 16 or over on race day eligible for entry.
There will also be a 1 mile fun run at 10am before the main race takes place and will cost £2.50 to enter. Any runners under 9 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
The main race start time is 10:45am costing £9 for affiliated runners and £11 for unaffiliated runners. For all runners entering the main race on the day it will be £2 more than above.
