Minutes of the last meeting agreed by all members of the committee.
30th Presentation evening: Positive feedback received by members (old and new) from the club and staff at Conkers. We were nearly at capacity for the room at 108 tickets (110 capacity). Looking forward to next year, a larger room is available should this be required.
‘Run in the Forest’ update: 1st entry online already received. Inge to meet with Adrian Middleton to go through matters regarding marshalls. Inge to be race director at this event with the support from other members of the club.
AGM – Wednesday 25th February 2015. Venue: Swadlincote Town Hall, The Delph, next to the Sir Nigel Gresley Time: 8:30pm – 10pm. Updated Constitution to be circulated to members before the AGM and votes to take place to adopt it.
