Following one or two misunderstandings about the changes to the rules for the club championship in 2013 some amendments have been made to the wording of sections 4 and 7 which you can view here.
The first change states, more clearly, that while 7 is the minimum number of races if you run more races then they will count towards your final result.
Also an addition has been made stating that while, ordinarily, bad results cannot be dropped, if the committee agree that there were exceptional circumstances a runner may request that a result is deleted.
