Four of the Club's runners were in action on Sunday at the Robin Hood Marathon & Half Marathon. Colin Mee, after only entering the race 7 weeks ago and then having his training disrupted significantly by work commitments, in the circumstances did well to return a chip time of 3.55.43 for 320th place out 918 finishers in the full marathon. In the half Laura Storer, Carolyn Ife & Cath Johnson took advantage of the flat course & bright, if breezy running conditions, to record good performances. Laura led the way with a well run 1.51.14, followed by half marathon debutant Carolyn in 2.12.49 & Cath in 2.45.12.
