The dynamic duo of Andy Orme & Steve Fowler tackled the Kingsbury 10k XC on Sunday with both being rewarded with good times in what were excellent running conditions. For Andy it was a PB of 39.52 & good reward for some determined & focused training. Steve, following on from a Parkrun PB the previous day, ran 44.36 to further confirm he’s getting back into decent shape.
On Saturday, Steve Leafe was in action in the Seagrave Wolds Challenge & recorded 2.13.51 to finish a very creditable 75th out of 450 starters. The event looks really interesting so if any one fancies taking up the challenge next year have a word with Steve.
