As some of you are already aware the Barrow 6 scheduled for next Sunday, 26th January, has unfortunately had to be cancelled. This weekend's race at Kibworth is not affected‘Regrettably Barrow Runners committee have had to cancel the Barrow 6 due to Health and Safety reason. At present we are unable to meet the criteria that the Leicestershire County Council now put in place for running events on the highway and therefore they are not prepared to sanction the race. The impact of which is that it makes our insurance for the event invalid.
