- Run in the Forest update: Water bottles to be bought from Melbourne water as agreed with Conkers (250 units). 2 more marshals required for a full roster, members to get in touch with Adrian Middleton if able to help out.
2 other Prediction races on 8/7/15 (Andy & Christina to organise) & 26/8/15 (Malcolm to organise).
- Run leaders to remind members of membership deadline if they are to be registered for league races.
- Derby XC league: Due to the close points result in the recent Derby XC league, Derwent runners have emailed Inge to say they have contacted the league to suggest both cubs be promoted and suggest SDRR do the same. Committee agree for Inge to do this.
- Due to growing numbers, the social running group has now been split into higher and lower intensity groups which is working well. Inge to contact UKA to inform of this.
