MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 20TH MAY 2015

Present:- I Moore;  M Moore;  A Hawtin;  C Hawtin;  R Barraclough.

1. Apologies:- non required.
2. Minutes of last meeting [15^th April] – approved.
3. Run In The Forest 2015

• Donation to Conkers approved.
• We will organise the race again – date needed soon so we can secure the venue early.
• We do not wish to clash with other races – we to try for 10^th April 2016 in first instance – 2 weeks before London Marathon 2016. We can provisionally book 10^th or 17^th April [Easter is early] & see which Conkers prefer.

4. Prediction Runs.
   • First to be on Wednesday 8^th July – 4.4miles – Andy & Christina to organise. Will be based at the lake so a new route for the prediction race. Secretary will do a marshal point at the lake.

5. Presentation Evening 2016
   • Venue agreed as Conkers
   • When – 16^th January suggested [a Saturday]
   • Same format as in 2015
   • Subsidised as in 2015
   • Mr Lunn will sponsor again
   • Members pay only for food element.

6. • Washlands Relays – we have lots of interest this time
   • Gavin Horton has rejoined the club – but with specific rules laid out that he must adhere to. Details on application as appropriate.
   • Club Night “Run Leaders” – we will ask Tim & Becki if they would like to go on the next local course.
   • Adrian will be asked to attend the next “Risk Assessment” course.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 9.12pm.
