September 16^th. Route17. [4.4miles]. [One Hill]. Civic/UP Ski/Clock/left along A511/left Springfied/left Tennyson about halfway down Springy/through estate/right Midway Rd/past park & past `Angel` to church/right Civic – finish Police station.September 23^rd. Route 21. [5mls]. [3 gentle hills]. Police Station/Civic/left Belmont St [McDonalds]/left & pass `Railway Pub`/left round park/straight across Springfield roundabout UP hill to pass catholic Church/straight on all way to roundabout at bottom of Wood Lane/straight on [NOT up Wood Lane] along Park Road/left at traffic lights on A444/left at Cadley Roundabout/right at roundabout up to Swad lane roundabout/left onto Hearthcote/ FINISH at `Delnar` company gates. [you don`t have to run up the hill on this one!]
September 30^th. Route 8. [3.5mls] [one big hill]. Hearthcote/Swad lane/through Estate/left Drum/UP Cappy/past church/past Park/left Coppice/past Morrisons onto one way street/left Civic at roundabout/ finish Greenbank Crossing.
October 7^th. Route15. [5mls, alt 3.8mls]. [one long hill]. Civic/UP Ski Slope to Clock/left at clock right along A511 to Woods Lane [ for 3.8 route, down Springfield & Midland Rd then right Civic]/ left DOWN Woods Lane/left bottom through Newhall to Darklands/right down Darklands – finish Police Station.
October 14^th. Route 20. [4mls]. [2 hills]. Civic/ one way round Morrisons Garage/UP Ski/Right Woodhouse/ all the way to top of Cappy/right Regent Street/Right along York Rd/Left Coppice/left Civic – finish Greenbank Crossing.
October 21^st. Route 2. [5mls, alt 3.8mls]. [2 big hills on 5 miler]. Civic police station/UP Darklands/left to Newhall all way to Woods Lane/ [ for 3.8 miler straight on at top of Darklands along Westfield, left Springfield, right A511 to clock]/UP Woods lane/right A511 all way to clock roundabout/right to Ski Slope/Downhill & finish Civic At Police Station.
