Minutes of Meeting on 18.11.15 at Sir Nigel Gresley Public House.

Minutes:         Minutes of the previous meeting (09/09/15) taken as read.
London Marathon Places:
In order to select between 5 club members who met all the criteria the names were put
into an envelope and Chris Gunstone was asked to randomly select the 2 Club Places.
Shane Chapman and Paul Glover were selected.
The Chairman would notify all concerned of the outcome.
Presentation Evening – Saturday, 16^th January 2016
All money to be collected by 6^th January 2016.
David Lunn has offered Sponsorship for some of the prizes.
Awards to be presented to winners and Runners Up in all Club Championship
Divisions.
Awards will also be for: Club Champion 2016 –            Male
Club Champion 2016 –            Female
Most Improved Runner 2016 Male
Most Improved Runner 2016 Female
Walker of the Year
Standard Times Certificates
Awards for competing in all Club Championship Races
Committee have started to actively collect names and money for the event.
Run in the Forest – Sunday, 17^th April 2016
Christina Hawtin to complete Flyer for website.
Online Entries via Run Britain accepted until Friday, 15^th April 2016.
Marshal Position to be filled before Club Members’ Entries can be accepted.
Age Category Prizes to be awarded.
All preparations are going well.
Licences obtained.
Medical Cover booked.
