XMas Team Challenge – 16th December 2015

Teams for this year's team challenge are attached to this post. Have tried to get a good balance from the groups but ran out of runners from the quicker group so have used Andy Orme in two teams. To give everyone a chance of winning, one of our never to be forgotten prizes, have also given minus handicaps to Dom’s & Steve Tempest teams. Just to repeat everyone will start together on Nadins Way, adjacent to Sainsbury’s roundabout & the winners will be the team with the lowest team aggregate time. The 4.06 mile route is familiar to most people i.e down Nadins Way to Cadley Hill Road, R to A444, L to Toone’s Roundabout, L to Drum & Monkey Roundabout, L Brunel Way, through the estate to Hearthcote Road then R to finish outside the GBLC. We should have marshalls at important junctions so please obey their instructions & take special care when crossing the roads. Also wear reflective clothing as you would on any winter training night. I’ll be down from 18:30 and want to try & get everyone off as near as possible to 19:00. Be great if the kind people who volunteered to marshall can be down as close as possible to 18:30 (Wendy your going straight to your agreed location). Fun night, santa hats, fancy dress then presentation/get together after in the Sir Nigel Gresley. Possible for anyone who hasn’t let me know they’re coming to run on the night but may not be able to team up with others.  xmaschallenge15
