On 27th December, 3 members of SDRR decided to run off all the Christmas food at the Buntingford Year End 10 mile while down in Hertfordshire visiting family.
Glenn Smith was the first back on the hilly (for Hertfordshire) course, with a 5 minute PB (1:08:33), while Kat Smith and Carolyn Ife both ran their second fastest 10 mile times in 1:32:28 and 1:48:08 respectively.
