Of those there to race Andy Hawtin led the way with a superb 5th place finish in 18.20. Demonstrating the emerging competitive nature of a group of runners at the Club places 8 to 12 was occupied by SDRR members. Jack Leafe led the way with 18.48 with Shane Chapman agonizingly close in a new PB of 18.49. Colin Mee, after a long journey from Norwich, also recorded a new PB and a terrific age related performance with his 18.51.
