The BMAF Cross Country Relay Championships take place this year at Moorways Stadium, Derby on Saturday 23rd November 2013.The race is open to both womens & mens age group teams from V35 up to V65+ in 10 year age bands. The women’s & the MV65 race, which starts at 12.30pm, comprises of 3 stages of a 2 lap course covering a total distance of approx 3.1k. The men’s race, which starts at 1.30pm, comprises of 5 stages for MV35 & MV45 teams & 4 stages for MV55 teams covering the same 2 lap course (suspect may be similar course to the recent Moorways Vets Relays). Some way off but be great if we could get a number of teams entered. Let me know if you are interested in taking part.
