No resting on their laurels!
On Sunday 3 of our athletes, Shane & Paul Chapman & Tony Phillips joined 486 others in tackling the Northampton Half Marathon and it was PB’s all round. Shane was a superb 20th in 1.31.20, Paul was 33rd in 1.32.45 & Tony 142nd and 6th in his age category in 1.48.22. The race, which started in Northampton Town Centre, followed a series of footpaths through industrial areas before going through rural villages & country lanes before finishing in the picturesque setting of Delapre Abbey. Nothing too taxing though for our indefatigable trio.
